·      International Social Media director (2018-2022) - Managed International social media presence for Dr. Neil T. Anderson (author of The Bondage Breaker and Victory Over the Darkness) and FICM. Increased social media presence and impact significantly with 600,000+ video views and 20,000+ additional subscribers on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.

MINISTERIAL WORK EXPERIENCE:

South Fork Baptist Church – Lead Pastor – Hodgenville, KY (2011-Present)

·      Responsible for leading, teaching, and shepherding a congregation that is focused on Connecting People to Jesus by leading them towards and teaching them about an ever-deepening love of God and love for others (Mark 12:29-31).  Prioritizes biblical disciple-making through worship, evangelism, missions, teaching, ministry/service, prayer, and fellowship in order to lead the flock in spiritual growth and a passion for sharing the Gospel (Acts 2:42-47).  Seeks to be a shepherd-equipper who disciples the gathered in order to mature the believers, reach the disconnected, and evangelize the lost in Hodgenville and to the ends of the earth (Matt 28:19, Act 1:8). Guided the church to eliminate significant long-term debt ($320,000 in four years), prioritize missions giving (25% undesignated), and save ahead for a 2040 building plan.  Led and participated in missions trips to East Asia, the Middle East, Western Africa, Mexico, Eastern Kentucky, Louisiana, Arizona, and Texas. Mobilized, trained, and equipped church members to reach 2+ million souls through digital missions online. Creates digital and video content, manages social media, and maintains website presence.
